Description

  • Lead end-to-end product design from ambiguous problems to shipped solutions in partnership with product, engineering, and analytics.
  • Own a specific product domain within a cross-functional squad while influencing the broader platform.
  • Collaborate with UX Research and Analytics to form hypotheses, run tests, and turn user behavior into actionable insights.
  • Drive consistency across portals, widgets, admin tools, and internal applications while managing technical dependencies.
  • Design intuitive, inclusive interfaces that meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Use AI actively in day-to-day design work and identify opportunities where it can improve problem solving and workflow efficiency.
  • Work at the intersection of enterprise B2B tools and consumer-facing checkout experiences to support conversion and fundraising outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce.
  • A strong portfolio of shipped products showing business problem solving, complex flow design, and measurable design impact, including process case studies.
  • Fundamentals of user research and data-driven decision-making, including asking the right questions and tracking the right metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product while negotiating trade-offs without sacrificing user experience.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency for communication across a distributed team.
  • Fluent in Russian.
  • Experience designing payment flows, checkouts, or FinTech products with a focus on conversion rate optimization is a strong plus.
  • Advanced prototyping and motion design skills are a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS and React is a strong plus.
  • Background in nonprofit tech or a personal passion for NGO impact is a strong plus.
