Description

  • Translate PM strategic initiatives into clear product specifications.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle from specification through development, QA, and release.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with company goals.
  • Resolve client-critical issues and deal breakers.
  • Support go-to-market teams with product knowledge and solutions.
  • Drive internal product improvements and technical debt reduction.
  • Ensure the product remains stable, scalable, and high quality.
  • Coordinate delivery work across engineering and design teams.
  • Focus time on strategic features, internal improvements, and GTM/deal breaker issues according to the stated allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Strong delivery management and backlog management skills.
  • Experience writing clear product specifications.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Fluent English at C1 level.
  • Russian-speaking team environment; ability to work in English is required.
  • Location in Spain and ability to work remotely in CET time zone.
  • Experience in product delivery for production-ready features (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise client issues and operational excellence (preferred).
