Description

  • Serve as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives, prioritizing, routing, and resourcing the most important work.
  • Lead cross-team process changes by designing the operating framework, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
  • Own shared product department processes such as quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
  • Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts, including prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision templates.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve systemic process issues that require cross-team or leadership decisions.
  • Drive AI automation for product workflows by identifying high-leverage opportunities, implementing or overseeing solutions, and measuring impact against baselines.
  • Manage the Product Ops team’s focus and workload so the function works on high-value initiatives rather than reactive noise.
  • Monitor process adoption, consistency, and operational effectiveness across product teams.
  • Ensure product decisions become more predictable and higher quality as the company scales.

Requirements

  • Experience building or significantly improving operational processes in a product or tech environment.
  • Cross-functional influence and the ability to align stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
  • A metrics-driven approach, including the ability to set baselines and measure adoption and satisfaction.
  • A bias toward scalability and the ability to distinguish one-off fixes from solutions that work for the whole team.
  • Full ownership and accountability for outcomes, including removing blockers independently.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or processes and identify where automation adds real leverage.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level.
  • Ability to work in a mixed-language environment where the product team works in Russian and daily meetings and documentation are in English.
  • Preferred: Product fluency, including understanding discovery, prioritization, planning cycles, and roadmap trade-offs.
  • Preferred: Background in product operations or program management.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning processes, or company-wide goal alignment.
  • Preferred: Comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook for everything.
  • Location: Georgia, remote.
  • Fluent in Russian.
