Description

  • Deliver live online training sessions on Generative AI tools, AI-assisted workflows, and automation concepts.
  • Teach practical topics including prompting, AI-assisted coding, developer productivity, repository navigation, debugging, Git/GitHub workflows, and assistant-style automations.
  • Create structured workshop materials such as lab guides, hands-on activities, practice exercises, prompts, and workflow templates.
  • Provide live demos, guided practice sessions, and hands-on learner support during class.
  • Support learners with setup, CLI, configuration, deployment, and environment-related issues.
  • Mentor learners, answer technical and conceptual questions, and provide feedback on assignments and assessments.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, or mock sessions when required.
  • Maintain session quality, learner engagement, and accurate documentation of student performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum updates, delivery planning, and learner feedback.
  • Support individualized student communication during live sessions and office hours, and escalate academic or performance concerns when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI automation, developer productivity, or technical training.
  • Hands-on experience with AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools.
  • Working familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar AI coding agents.
  • Strong comfort with CLI tools, VS Code, Git/GitHub, APIs, and JSON/YAML/Markdown workflows.
  • Ability to build simple AI-powered workflows using tools, files, APIs, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with frontend concepts including Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and responsive UI principles.
  • Comfort with Linux/VPS setup, SSH, environment variables, and deployment workflows.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $55–$60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time, non-exempt role with compensation for all hours worked in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.
