Description

  • Teach select lessons in alignment with learning objectives and provided session plans.
  • Create a positive, professional, and inclusive learning environment for adult learners.
  • Use instructional best practices, technology tools, and real-world industry examples to support learning.
  • Communicate regularly with students about progress, expectations, milestones, and concerns.
  • Provide individualized support during live class sessions, office hours, and asynchronous communication.
  • Evaluate student performance and progression using course deliverables and rubrics.
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback on student work.
  • Support and manage Performance Action Plans for students who need additional help.
  • Promote student retention and satisfaction by fostering a positive classroom culture.
  • Serve as a role model and ambassador for Simplilearn through professional and ethical engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI models.
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent ecosystems, and AI framework deployment practices.
  • Proven hands-on experience with CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
  • Ability to lead training sessions on the development, deployment, and scaling of Agentic AI solutions.
  • Ability to facilitate coding labs and guide learners in Python and agent-based AI frameworks.
  • Ability to teach the business implications of AI agents, including performance measurement and ROI.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make.com.
  • Part-time availability for 8-12 hours per week in a remote, live online instructor-led format.
