Description

  • Execute M&A and strategic transaction processes, including target evaluation, diligence coordination, valuation, and deal structuring.
  • Build and own detailed financial models, including 3-statement, cash flow, LBO-style, accretion/dilution, and scenario analyses.
  • Support deal negotiations by analyzing terms, sensitivities, and value drivers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional diligence across Finance, Legal, Product, Operations, and Technology.
  • Develop valuation analyses, underwriting materials, investment memos, diligence summaries, and post-close tracking materials.
  • Assess synergies, risks, and integration considerations and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Perform market sizing, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and industry research to support investment theses.
  • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and capital markets activity relevant to healthcare, wellness, and technology-enabled services.
  • Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and concise narratives for leadership and Board-level discussions.
  • Support integration planning, synergy realization tracking, and post-acquisition performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or a combination thereof.
  • Strong preference for candidates with banking or private equity experience and direct transaction execution exposure.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or technology industries, including market dynamics, regulatory environments, and emerging trends.
  • Deep understanding of technical workflows is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to independently build and review complex models.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and written communication skills with the ability to produce executive-ready materials.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams across parallel transactions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
