Description

  • Lead SCALE WMS implementation projects from design through rollout and support.
  • Perform system configuration of Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS.
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements and understand process changes.
  • Translate user requirements into functional and technical designs, application configurations, and implementation deliverables.
  • Create and maintain documentation including URS, SOPs, process flows, functional specifications, technical designs, test scenarios, and support materials.
  • Coordinate problem resolution with external vendors for TMS, packing, and conveyor systems.
  • Facilitate and support functional testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot operational and technical issues within SCALE WMS and related integrations.
  • Work with Manhattan Associates development and support teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements.
  • Provide front-line support and training to warehouse staff, including daily support during operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years of experience with Manhattan SCALE implementations.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse management.
  • Complete understanding of inbound, inventory, and outbound warehouse processes.
  • PL/SQL expertise and basic cloud understanding.
  • Hands-on experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollouts, and automation.
  • Good knowledge of ERP integration with SCALE.
  • Experience troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications.
  • Extensive hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume, multi-warehouse, multi-building operations.
  • Ability to provide front-line support to warehouse staff from training through daily support.
