Description

  • Identify and acquire potential Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients.
  • Research, plan, and implement target-market initiatives in South Africa.
  • Contact customers to address product issues, service questions, and general concerns.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or higher.
  • Early- to mid-level professional experience.
  • Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal, communication, customer-handling, and service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in stockbroking, securities, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of stock, securities, Forex markets, and MetaTrader 4 is an advantage.
