Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day Project Manager for 4 to 7 active projects, owning scope, plans, client meetings, status updates, demos, risk management, and expectation management.
  • Track project progress and budget burn, escalating concerns and risks with group and project leadership as needed.
  • Work with cross-discipline leadership to ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous QA processes and standards.
  • Lead discovery engagements onsite and remotely to define cross-discipline project requirements and clarify client business goals and objectives.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to engage with clients and deepen account value.
  • Proactively expand client partnerships and support successful account growth.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering full-scope CMS-based web projects for enterprise clients, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Practical understanding of the WordPress platform is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to de-escalate project risks by collaborating with team members and leadership.
  • Primarily client-facing experience, including serving as the main point of contact for requests, escalations, updates, and senior consultation.
  • Experience leading cross-discipline project teams across account strategy, experience design, engineering, QA, and support.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience with strategic client management and consultative delivery is implied as part of the role.
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously is required.
  • Enterprise-level project experience is preferred.
