Description

  • Partner with product trios to deliver timely, decision-ready research that informs product strategy and development.
  • Plan and conduct qualitative research, including customer interviews, synthesis, and structured analysis.
  • Perform competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve research operations, including recruitment, synthesis, analysis, and reporting.
  • Create reusable research tools, templates, and frameworks that enable product teams to answer common research questions independently.
  • Establish quality standards and validation processes to ensure AI-generated outputs are grounded in real evidence and sound research practices.
  • Improve how research is captured, shared, and reused across the organization.
  • Present findings as compelling stories that build empathy for users and drive decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to connect customer insights with product outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase the impact, efficiency, and scalability of research across Frontify.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product research, user research, market research, or a related discipline within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Extensive experience conducting qualitative research and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Experience conducting competitive and market research using reliable, evidence-based methods.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to make user perspectives feel real and drive action.
  • Comfort working alongside quantitative researchers, product managers, product designers, and engineers.
  • Understanding of where automation creates leverage and where human judgment remains essential.
  • Experience building, improving, or experimenting with AI-enabled workflows, research operations, or automation tools; experience with platforms such as n8n is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in highly autonomous environments and define priorities independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work from anywhere in Switzerland, with access to the St. Gallen office if desired.
