Description

  • Own the strategic direction and roadmap for in-product Analytics and platform areas such as user and access management.
  • Identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value from in-product Analytics.
  • Discover and deliver analytics solutions in close collaboration with a cross-functional product trio, Product Research, and Product Marketing.
  • Transform analytics from simple visualizations into actionable, personalized insights for users using the most appropriate technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with other product teams to ensure new capabilities are accurately reflected in Analytics.
  • Prioritize and deliver customer value quickly while advancing a longer-term vision for the analytics platform.
  • Communicate and align analytics strategy and progress with stakeholders across the Product Platform Group.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland with access to the St. Gallen office.
  • 5+ years of experience in software product management.
  • Experience building in-product analytics or visualizing data for users with limited data literacy.
  • Proven strength in discovering latent user needs and translating them into product solutions that delight users.
  • Track record of thinking big while implementing small iterations to deliver fast customer value.
  • Tenacious, self-driven, and able to execute without needing explicit direction.
  • Strong collaborator with experience working closely with designers, developers, product research, and product marketing.
  • SaaS experience is a strong plus.
