Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for open positions in line with organizational goals.
  • Partner with account managers to define role requirements, start dates, and offer details.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
  • Manage job postings and advertising campaigns across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions to assess qualifications and set expectations.
  • Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and validation of work experience.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and account managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Attend career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to source emerging talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, referral programs, and candidate pipeline status.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple industries or roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage candidate and hiring manager relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Drive, Meet, Sheets, and Calendar.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and own recruitment projects.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm VET.
  • For applicants in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on-site work at the Valle Frio office is required for the first three months, followed by a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days per week.
