Description

Develop and execute recruitment strategies for open positions in line with organizational goals.
Partner with account managers to define role requirements, start dates, and offer details.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and other evaluation methods.
Manage job postings and advertising campaigns across relevant platforms and social media channels.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions to assess qualifications and set expectations.
Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and validation of work experience.
Maintain timely communication with candidates and account managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
Attend career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to source emerging talent.
Monitor recruitment metrics, referral programs, and candidate pipeline status.

Requirements

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple industries or roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage candidate and hiring manager relationships.
Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Drive, Meet, Sheets, and Calendar.
Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and own recruitment projects.
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm VET.
For applicants in Maracaibo, Venezuela, on-site work at the Valle Frio office is required for the first three months, followed by a hybrid schedule of two office days and three remote days per week.
