Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain Office 365, Google Workspace, and Amazon AWS products.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and other server environments.
  • Evaluate and compare IT services to select the best solutions for clients.
  • Optimize purchased hardware and software for scalability and performance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain email and DNS services.
  • Install, configure, and maintain antivirus, firewall, and VPN tools such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, and Todyl.
  • Install, configure, and maintain remote access tools such as ConnectWise and Datto.
  • Install, configure, and maintain backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, MSP360, and NinjaOne.
  • Create troubleshooting documentation and manage software information in platforms such as ITGlue.
  • Install, configure, and maintain ticketing systems such as Autotask, Syncro, and ConnectWise.

Requirements

  • Administration experience with Office 365, Google Workspace, or AWS.
  • Troubleshooting experience across Windows, Linux, macOS, and Windows Server environments.
  • Proven ability to install and manage remote software.
  • Experience with local network administration and IP addressing.
  • Strong customer service, ticket management, and business documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in administering email filters, DNS, and IT security tools.
  • Experience managing backup, firewall, and virtualization software.
  • Advanced knowledge of server and cloud service administration.
  • Programming skills for task automation and supporting installed services.
  • Relevant certifications in the technical services offered.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time (GMT-5).
  • Soft skills including teamwork, willingness to help, and outside-the-box thinking.
