Description

  • Analyze and decompose requirements for trading-related product features.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis across CEXs, DEXs, and trading platforms.
  • Create, maintain, and improve product and business documentation such as PRDs, business requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and user flows.
  • Work closely with product, backend engineering, frontend engineering, QA, and design teams.
  • Explain business logic and edge cases to the development team and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in grooming, refinement, discovery, design, development, testing, and release activities.
  • Answer product-related questions during development and implementation.
  • Support delivery of clear specifications that guide feature development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for a middle-level role, or 4+ years for a senior-level role.
  • Understanding of trading basics, including spot trading, futures trading, and common order types such as market, limit, and stop orders.
  • Knowledge of PnL, fees, balances, and basic liquidity and matching engine concepts.
  • Strong experience writing clear, structured documentation.
  • Ability to translate requirements into clear specifications.
  • Experience working with engineering teams.
  • Nice to have: understanding of CEX architecture, including accounts, balances, orders, and ledger.
  • Nice to have: experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
