Description

  • Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical SEO fixes.
  • Build and manage a high-quality backlink strategy.
  • Develop SEO briefs for new blog posts and service pages.
  • Optimize existing content and metadata for improved search performance.
  • Track SEO performance and report results regularly.
  • Collaborate with developers, writers, and content teams on implementation.
  • Define and support SEO strategy for a competitive US market.
  • Set clear KPIs to measure organic growth and search visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
  • Deep understanding of Google (U.S. market) and Bing ranking algorithms.
  • Strong English proficiency at B2–C1 level or higher, especially written, and fluency in Russian.
  • Experience working with English-language content, platforms, and backlink resources.
  • Proven experience with backlink outreach and link-building via reputable platforms.
  • Proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Solid knowledge of internal linking strategies and site architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth in competitive niches.
  • U.S. market experience is a strong advantage.
