Description

  • Create and launch email newsletters and automated email sequences.
  • Manage and maintain the contact database to support targeted communication.
  • Segment audiences to improve campaign relevance and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and conversions.
  • Check email deliverability and spam scores to maintain mailing quality standards.
  • Improve email effectiveness through A/B testing and performance reviews.
  • Build custom analytics reports within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Track and analyze campaign results using Google Analytics or similar tools.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience with contact database management in HubSpot.
  • Experience launching email campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub.
  • Experience building custom analytics reports within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other analytics systems for tracking campaign results.
  • Comfortable working with time management tools and Google Drive products.
  • B2+ level of English or higher, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content.
  • C1+ level of Russian.
  • Ability to work within U.S. Eastern Time business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
  • Copywriting skills are a plus.
  • Experience using graphic editors such as Figma or Photoshop is a plus.
