Description

  • Design, build, and update interactive eLearning courses from storyboard/script to publish-ready modules.
  • Convert existing training programs into eLearning formats and adapt materials for digital delivery.
  • Create and refine screens, interactions, triggers, animations, and supporting visuals (graphics, diagrams, UI mockups) aligned with templates and brand guidelines.
  • Test and troubleshoot course functionality, navigation, triggers, and responsiveness to ensure consistent usability across devices and platforms.
  • Package and maintain course content in the LMS, including SCORM publishing, metadata management, version control, testing, and re-uploads.
  • Own and organize course source files and assets with clear naming conventions, backups, and clean file structures.
  • Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and follow up to remove blockers.
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding and internal training sessions, handle session logistics (scheduling, joining instructions, materials distribution, attendance tracking), and deliver prepared agendas and materials.
  • Collect learner questions and feedback, document gaps or recurring issues, escalate to lead methodologist/SMEs as needed, and provide post-training reinforcement (summaries, refreshers, Q&A via Slack/email).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • English proficiency at C1–C2 level.
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar authoring tools—or experience creating structured interactive educational presentations or built-in LMS courses.
  • Understanding of instructional flow, visual hierarchy, and logical content design.
  • Basic graphic and visual design skills to create clean, visually appealing screen layouts.
  • Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology.
  • General understanding of Learning Management Systems and how training content is uploaded and managed.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and a proactive motivation to grow in instructional design and e-learning.
  • Interest in using AI tools to support and optimize training development processes.
  • Preferred: proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise), experience applying adult learning principles in e-learning or blended formats, and familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS publishing workflows.
