Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven content strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Analyze audience insights, funnel data, and geographic trends to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Paid Media, and Production teams to align content programs.
  • Conduct recurring content audits, identify growth gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution across accounts.
  • Present strategic findings, performance outcomes, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior strategists through analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and professional communication.
  • Maintain alignment between content initiatives and broader digital marketing and business KPIs.
  • Diagnose business challenges and translate complexity into clear recommendations and execution guidance.
  • Own strategic outcomes for assigned client accounts and help define what success looks like.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success developing content programs that achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
  • Experience managing content ecosystems and coordinating across SEO, Paid Media, and Creative teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into persuasive narratives.
  • Comfort presenting to clients and stakeholders with evidence-based, structured recommendations.
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize daily tasks.
  • Ability to work fully remote with required overlap to EST hours.
  • Primary location in Canada, LATAM, or Europe preferred; candidates outside these regions may be considered if experience is exceptional.
  • Experience in a role that requires independent thinking, structured frameworks, and minimal oversight is preferred.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work setup.
  • Base salary of $90k–$99k CAD per year.
  • Expected total compensation of $100k–$110k CAD per year.
  • Company-wide profit sharing.
  • Commission on expansions and extensions.
  • Global hiring approach with compensation adjusted by role, level, and location.
