Description

  • Research client prompts, questions, and content gaps relevant to audience needs and competitive positioning.
  • Support GEO analysis using tools such as Profound and Ahrefs.
  • Track how clients are cited across LLMs and the AI search space relative to competitors.
  • Help develop and maintain GEO strategies, execution scopes, and client-facing reporting assets.
  • Create content plans that support AI citation and improve AI visibility.
  • Audit existing client content for GEO alignment and identify restructuring opportunities.
  • Collaborate with writing and strategy teams to ensure content plans are executable and effective.
  • Develop and manage Reddit strategies that build client visibility and community presence.
  • Identify relevant subreddits, content angles, and participation strategies for each client.
  • Track KPIs such as AI visibility, citation share, share of voice, AI referral traffic, prompt coverage, and Reddit engagement metrics.
  • Contribute to performance reports, testing plans, and cross-channel strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and senior GEO team members to align Reddit and on-site activity with broader channel goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working in strategy, content, SEO, social, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with GEO tools such as Profound and Ahrefs.
  • Understanding of AI visibility, LLM citations, AI search, and Reddit community dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze content gaps, audience signals, and competitive context.
  • Strong communication skills for reporting, collaboration, and client-facing work.
  • Ability to manage execution details and contribute to strategy development.
  • Interest in expanding into adjacent areas such as technical SEO, social strategy, and earned media.
  • Ability to build reusable frameworks or playbooks and participate in client presentations.
  • Experience with consultative, client-facing work is preferred.
  • Presentation confidence and the ability to contribute meaningfully to strategy discussions within 6 months are preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50k–60k CAD depending on experience and location.
  • Variable compensation including a team performance bonus.
  • Company-wide profit-sharing.
