Description

Architect and oversee scalable art pipelines across multiple projects.
Design and implement new tools and processes that improve workflow efficiency and collaboration.
Introduce and evaluate emerging technologies such as procedural systems, AI-assisted pipelines, and real-time rendering.
Mentor senior individual contributors and translate strategy into actionable work.
Facilitate cross-functional communication across art, design, engineering, and production teams.
Oversee multiple technical workflows at once while balancing near-term needs and long-term scalability.
Improve performance and visual quality through mobile optimization techniques.
Champion collaboration, best practices, and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Technical Artist in game development.
Experience with Unity and DCC tools including Blender, Substance, Maya, and Photoshop.
Proven experience building and scaling cross-functional pipelines across multiple projects.
Strong programming and scripting skills in C# and Python.
Deep experience developing automation and pipeline tools.
Mastery of mobile performance optimization and rendering pipelines, including URP.
Hands-on experience with procedural generation, AI-assisted art, or real-time rendering.
Demonstrated success mentoring and guiding senior individual contributors.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Comfort working in ambiguity and making strategic decisions with limited precedent.
