Description

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for digital banking servicing, aligning platform improvements with business goals and customer needs.
  • Own and prioritize the servicing product backlog, translating business, operations, and customer input into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with the servicing tech lead and engineering teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and scalable solutions.
  • Facilitate agile processes and support smooth sprint execution across product and engineering teams.
  • Gather, interpret, and champion feedback from operations, customer support, compliance, and end users to inform product decisions.
  • Oversee ongoing improvements to servicing capabilities on Savana, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
  • Maintain clear documentation for requirements, release notes, and process flows, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
  • Partner with QA and technical teams to define acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor digital banking trends, competitor servicing platforms, and regulatory changes that affect servicing operations.
  • Coordinate with platform vendors and SI partners to manage projects, resolve issues, and align on roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or SaaS.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating with technical leads and engineering teams.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Understanding of banking operations, including call center, payment operations, and fraud operations.
  • Hands-on experience with servicing platform administration, configuration, or implementation, such as Savana or an equivalent platform.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, results-oriented, adaptable, and solution-oriented.
  • Experience in digital banking, fintech, or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with servicing platforms and vendor/SI partner coordination is a plus.
