Description

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
  • Serve as a key member of the business management leadership team and provide strategic financial guidance.
  • Lead short-term and long-term financial planning and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain financial measures and KPIs to deliver insights and actionable opportunities.
  • Provide timely analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to senior leadership.
  • Lead business and process improvement efforts as the business scales.
  • Develop processes for client onboarding, account management, and pricing to improve profitability.
  • Support capital allocation decisions and the evaluation and integration of M&A activity.
  • Build relationships across the business as a trusted partner and influence outcomes.
  • Partner with central finance teams to ensure delivery of shared services and consistent governance and controls.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles in large organizations.
  • Experience in professional services organizations or similar business management models preferred.
  • Deep expertise in FP&A and operational finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, financial close, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvements, systems enhancements, and scalable finance infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
