Description

Participate in every stage of the M&A deal process from proposal to close.
Review Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) to assess fit and coordinate NDAs and management meetings with investment bankers.
Conduct financial due diligence and P&L scoping for prospective deals.
Structure and model deal terms.
Prepare and present Investment Committee memorandums to the committee.
Prepare and present term sheets.
Serve as a central coordination point across Focus’ corporate and business line teams.
Support senior team members throughout the deal process and gain exposure to legal, finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a top university or college.
2-3 years of full-time work experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting.
Competency in financial statement analysis and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Intellectual curiosity and confidence to take initiative.
Ability to present and discuss analysis and findings with various stakeholders.

Benefits

Annualized base salary range of $90,000-$120,000.
