Description

  • Own and execute FMX’s SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and ongoing refinement.
  • Manage, mentor, and help shape a growing digital optimization team.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and SERP behavior to continuously improve search performance.
  • Expand optimization efforts into AI search, GEO, and zero-click discovery environments.
  • Lead CRO strategy across key website journeys such as demo requests, lead magnets, and product pages.
  • Design and run A/B tests, experiments, personalization, and dynamic content experiences to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze user behavior through heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and usability testing to identify friction points.
  • Partner with design and development teams to implement improvements and support data-driven design decisions.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for website and campaign performance.
  • Define and track KPIs across the full funnel and ensure data accuracy, consistency, attribution, and tracking implementation across systems.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or optimization roles.
  • 1–3+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong experience with SEO and/or CRO in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager or a similar tool.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Background in UX or experience working cross-functionally with content managers, web designers, and developers.
  • Preferred: experience with advanced analytics systems or data warehouses such as BigQuery or relational databases.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and CRMs such as Salesforce.
  • Preferred: front-end coding ability with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tracking, integrations, technical SEO, A/B tests, and personalization.
  • Preferred: experience optimizing for AI-driven search and other emerging discovery channels.

  • On-target earnings of $115,000–$125,000.
