Description

  • Clarify requirements and UI design in partnership with Product and Design teams.
  • Collaborate closely with designers to ensure high UX polish and interaction quality.
  • Break down goals into achievable tasks and follow sprint timelines effectively.
  • Communicate progress and challenges proactively throughout the work.
  • Work independently and reliably while learning quickly.
  • Follow frontend best practices for component architecture, responsive design, state management, testing, performance, and accessibility.
  • Implement motion and microinteractions that improve usability and delight.
  • Build and iterate on software from design through launch.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
  • Fluency in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.
  • Expertise with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Next.js.
  • Experience building highly performant and scalable web applications.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Strong sense of UX and interaction design.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude with a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Experience with design systems and accessible products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technologies commonly used at Fluxon, including Next.js, React, Angular, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Chakra UI, Shadcn, Figma, Redux, Zustand, Jotai, React Native/Expo, PWAs, REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
