Description

  • Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets and Contracts teams.
  • Review contracts, work orders, and amendments to identify financial terms and support timely, accurate invoicing.
  • Analyze financial data to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues.
  • Perform financial quality control of study visits in the RealTime system and reconcile data with Sponsor/CRO EDC systems.
  • Identify and separately invoice all billable non-visit items while maintaining supporting documentation.
  • Compare current and previously recorded revenue to identify unrecognized revenue and report required adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly study-level revenue files for Accounting to load into NetSuite.
  • Issue monthly billing statements to Sponsors and CROs.
  • Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed.
  • Assist with end-of-study and close-out audits and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience.
  • Moderate Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making skills with sound judgment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with RealTime or RealTime Link is preferred but not required.
