Description

  • Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap across Flosum's DevOps, Backup & Archive, Trust Center, Data Seeding, and DevOps for Veeva product lines.
  • Identify new market opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem and turn platform shifts into product capabilities and revenue growth.
  • Translate deep Salesforce platform knowledge into enterprise-grade product features for large, regulated customers.
  • Lead the next wave of AI-powered DevOps capabilities built on Agentforce, including intelligent deployment, code review, security scanning, and predictive release management.
  • Define how Flosum's extensibility platform supports custom AI-driven workflows within Salesforce's trust boundary.
  • Develop agent-aware governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI agents.
  • Work directly with Fortune 500 customers and prospects to understand pain points across development, security, compliance, and data management.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal strategy, strategic demos, and competitive evaluations.
  • Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Own sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release coordination, and product KPI tracking.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 3 years of product management experience focused on the Salesforce ecosystem or Salesforce-adjacent platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture, deployment pipelines, sandboxes, packaging, security models, Apex, Lightning, and the ISV partner ecosystem.
  • Proven experience shipping enterprise products adopted and paid for by Fortune 500 or regulated-industry customers.
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, or security/compliance tooling strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape, including Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Salto, and native Salesforce DX.
  • Strong perspective on how AI/ML, especially Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud, will reshape Salesforce development and governance.
  • Hands-on product execution experience, including writing PRDs, talking to customers, reviewing wireframes, and participating in sprint reviews.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive stakeholders and write technical specifications for engineering.
  • Experience building products in the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem, ideally as an ISV or within a Salesforce-native product company, is a plus.
  • Experience at the intersection of DevOps and security/compliance in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience leading product-led growth initiatives for enterprise software is a plus.
