Description

  • Manage a portfolio of UK restaurant customers and help them find value from Flipdish products.
  • Work closely with the Activations and Sales teams to ensure new accounts are onboarded correctly and grow orders quickly and efficiently.
  • Identify and refer upsell opportunities for new Flipdish products, including the Point of Sale system.
  • Drive future customer lifetime value through higher product adoption, solution integration, improved satisfaction, and stronger health scores.
  • Expand revenue within accounts through feature optimization, effective case management, and the introduction of new and partner products.
  • Interpret and act on signals from at-risk customers to reduce churn and improve retention.
  • Build strong client relationships and create partnerships with customers to support long-term success.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing a large book of business, ideally in a Customer Success or Sales role.
  • Proven track record of minimizing customer churn.
  • Ability to think long term and set direction for clients.
  • Results-focused, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions.
  • Highly organised with the ability to build pipelines and track current and future processes.
  • Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders over video.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and an understanding of the challenges restaurant businesses face.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly analytical mindset.
  • Motivation to increase revenue and work within the sales process.
  • Understanding of Flipdish products, including online ordering, kiosks, and restaurant point of sale systems.
  • Background in Sales.
  • English fluency is mandatory, and applicants must submit an English CV.
