Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a combination of both.
  • Complete assigned missions such as store visits, purchases, returns, and appointment bookings.
  • Provide objective feedback about each experience via questionnaires.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Comply with all project objectives and special requirements provided by the luxury brand.
  • Use the platform or mobile application to browse, apply for, and manage assignments.
  • Complete certifications and profile verification steps before taking on missions.

Requirements

  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Must be able to provide honest, objective feedback as a real customer.
