Description

  • Deliver user-facing features end to end with measurable outcomes.
  • Work hands-on in the mobile stack using Flutter and Dart.
  • Extend into backend and web systems when a feature requires it.
  • Build software using API-first design, code reviews, automated testing, and MR environments for exploratory testing.
  • Instrument features, analyze user behavior, and iterate based on results.
  • Own features from technical decisions through rollout and ongoing iteration.
  • Collaborate across teams and guilds to align on implementation and delivery.
  • Apply an AI-supported workflow to develop holistic solutions rather than only implementing specifications.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including widget/layout systems and state management.
  • Strong focus on mobile performance, accessibility, and platform conventions.
  • Mobile is your primary discipline, with openness to backend or web development when needed.
  • Experience working on SaaS products in agile environments.
  • Comfort using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot, or willingness to adopt them.
  • Ownership mindset focused on user impact and end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native, or native iOS/Android backgrounds is welcome.
  • Experience with modular Flutter architectures, including feature packages, modular navigation, and dependency injection across modules, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Apple App Store and Play Store release processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics and error monitoring tools such as Mixpanel and Sentry is a plus.
  • Experience with E2E or integration testing on mobile, such as Patrol, is a plus.
