Description

  • Lead real estate programs supporting capacity growth, market expansion, portfolio optimization, and business objectives.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and site selection alternatives using financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
  • Manage complex real estate transactions from evaluation through execution and stakeholder handoff.
  • Lead negotiations and coordinate brokers, landlords, developers, consultants, attorneys, and other partners.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, due diligence, approvals, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Legal, Design & Construction, Energy, Product, and executive leadership.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, investment analyses, forecasts, and portfolio performance reports.
  • Establish project governance, communication plans, documentation, standards, and reporting processes.
  • Identify and implement improvements to real estate tools, processes, project delivery, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Mentor project team members and provide subject matter expertise to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in commercial real estate, program management, portfolio management, development, corporate real estate, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the data center industry.
  • Experience leading complex real estate transactions, programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, transaction management, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with competing deadlines and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing decisions and delivering results in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, decision-making, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with financial modeling, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Master’s degree, PMP, CCIM, MCR, or similar credentials preferred; experience with mission-critical, technology, telecommunications, or industrial real estate is also preferred.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in an eligible state.

  • Annual base salary of $104,000–$120,000, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
