Description

  • Work with Product Managers, Designers, Data Ops, and engineers to research, plan, design, and build features that drive product adoption.
  • Create and iterate on user experiences across the app to improve engagement from trial users.
  • Build customized onboarding systems that support users during their trial period.
  • Improve feature areas across app modules to increase usage and reduce churn.
  • Ship experiments that test and improve adoption, engagement, and user experience.
  • Contribute to the early-stage Growth Engineering team’s direction and product experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress effectively with partners.
  • Write clean, high-quality code and help maintain strong engineering standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • 2+ years of experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
  • Previous experience working on a Growth engineering team.
  • Experience building full-stack web-based systems and features.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
  • Prior experience with unit testing frameworks.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with user monitoring and analytics tooling is a plus.
  • Project experience with TailwindCSS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the fleet management industry is a plus.
