Description

  • Lead and scale the global accounting organization to support a larger, more complex business.
  • Own monthly close, financial reporting, global consolidations, and multi-entity accounting.
  • Oversee internal controls, compliance, and external audit processes.
  • Manage tax operations and relationships with external advisors.
  • Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related financial operations.
  • Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and continuous improvement in efficiency and predictability.
  • Maintain controls, documentation, and processes to support financing, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Partner with Finance Systems to improve workflows, automation, data quality, and AI-enabled processes.
  • Work closely with RevOps, FP&A, and Strategic Finance to deliver reliable financial information.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team with clear priorities and accountability.

Requirements

  • CPA required.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and scaling a controllership or accounting organization in a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience supporting businesses with multiple revenue streams, including SaaS and payments.
  • Proven experience across financial reporting, close, audit, controls, tax, payroll, billing, collections, and finance operations.
  • Experience operating in multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve scalability, efficiency, and predictability while maintaining strong financial controls.
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to serve as a trusted partner to the CFO.
  • Experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating accountability.
  • Comfort with systems, automation, data, and AI to improve accounting operations.
