Description

  • Conduct virtual consultations with union and association members to assess needs and present solutions
  • Review and explain life and supplemental benefit options and policy details to prospective clients
  • Help families secure coverage aligned with their financial goals and guide them through enrollment processes
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through education, service, and follow-up
  • Manage personal schedule, sales pipeline, and performance objectives in a fully remote environment
  • Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training and coaching
  • Progress toward mentorship and team leadership opportunities, including recruiting and mentoring team members
  • Collaborate with partner organizations (labor unions, credit unions, professional associations) to deliver tailored financial protection solutions

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with strong self-discipline and personal accountability
  • Goal-driven and comfortable with a non-traditional, performance-based work structure
  • Confident communicator in virtual environments who can conduct remote consultations
  • Motivated by advancement and leadership opportunities rather than a fixed income ceiling
  • Previous sales or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (licensing support and training provided for qualified candidates)
  • Ability to work fully remotely from an eligible U.S. state (position not open in NY, MN, or CA)
  • Ability to manage a home-based work environment and regular remote meetings/training
