Description

  • Conduct structured process audits to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and quantify manual effort costs.
  • Develop and prioritize a roadmap for process improvements and tool integrations based on impact assessments.
  • Design and implement solutions end to end, including AI agents, API integrations, and custom internal tools.
  • Integrate existing tools such as Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace to improve system interoperability.
  • Define success metrics, monitor adoption of new processes, and iterate on solutions based on feedback.
  • Contribute to and expand the organization’s process automation playbook for future initiatives.
  • Translate operational bottlenecks into scalable technical solutions that support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet user needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in programming.
  • Preferred experience with Python.
  • Comfort working with APIs and data pipelines.
  • Experience with MCP server builds, Claude skills, and process mining tools.
  • Background in business analysis or operations.
  • Ability to analyze systems and processes holistically to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical problems and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and AI tool development.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from conception through execution.
