Description

  • Research, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and credit reporting disputes received through phone, written correspondence, and eOSCAR.
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the organization to validate findings and drive resolution of cases.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and in writing to gather information, explain findings, and provide status updates and resolutions.
  • Document disputes and complaints accurately throughout the case lifecycle and maintain organized records for regulatory and audit support.
  • Identify and escalate complex cases, emerging risks, and adverse trends to management in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, and Fair Lending requirements.
  • Stay current on regulatory developments and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Exposure to credit reporting, consumer complaints, or regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment independently within established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to support teammates.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
