Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of JobAuto customers.
  • Plan and implement JobAuto rollouts within customer companies.
  • Drive ongoing employee activation and encourage bookings of FINN JobAutos.
  • Work closely with the JobAuto team to ensure customer satisfaction and a strong customer experience.
  • Develop JobAuto accounts and contribute to the growth of the product.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help refine processes and the JobAuto customer journey.
  • Take ownership of customer needs and work with clients to develop suitable solutions.
  • Become knowledgeable about the market for salary-conversion car subscriptions and FINN’s offering.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to support the success of JobAuto.

Requirements

  • Completed a bachelor's degree or vocational training.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or key account management.
  • Experience in an early-stage environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working closely with customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs in depth and develop solutions.
  • Analytical and data-driven working style with a structured approach.
  • Willingness to challenge existing processes and think entrepreneurially.
  • Interest in learning new areas of responsibility to support JobAuto’s growth.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
  • Based in Germany and able to work hybrid, remotely within Germany, or from the Munich office.
