Description

  • Design and execute test strategies for end-to-end workflows, integrations, and event-driven systems.
  • Validate the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated conversations, call summaries, and data capture.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements, design decisions, and release readiness.
  • Mentor QA team members and help increase automation coverage based on business priorities and risks.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to assess product robustness and functionality.
  • Investigate technical issues and write clear, repeatable defect reports.
  • Maintain QA documentation, standards, and organizational knowledge resources.
  • Identify gaps in processes, tooling, and test coverage to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software quality assurance experience, including ownership of complex feature areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Advanced expertise in manual testing methodologies and test case design for complex systems.
  • Experience developing and executing end-to-end test strategies.
  • Experience validating AI or ML-assisted features, including nondeterministic outputs and regression risks.
  • Strong experience testing APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, event-driven architectures, and downstream data delivery.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven workflows, auditability, and data traceability.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and defect-documentation skills.
  • Ability to influence development teams and advocate for quality initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-driven systems, conversational interfaces, or data-driven automation preferred.
