Description

  • Design test plans covering project requirements, scope, devices, and browsers.
  • Design and orchestrate agentic workflows for AI-supported testing.
  • Perform manual and automated functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
  • Create and maintain automated test suites for web applications and APIs.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
  • Review product and technical specifications to ensure they are clear and testable.
  • Define QA strategies and participate in peer reviews, agile ceremonies, and sprint demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with client and delivery teams in the UK and Brazil.
  • Advise on and implement web accessibility best practices.
  • Stay current with testing methodologies, tools, and practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience testing CMS-based web applications, including functional, non-functional, and usability testing.
  • Experience defining QA strategies, scope, and test plans from user stories and non-functional requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in delivery work, such as coding assistants, LLM-based test generation, or AI-supported analysis.
  • Experience testing RESTful APIs and automating UI and API tests with tools such as Selenium and Postman.
  • Deep BDD experience with Gherkin and frameworks such as SpecFlow or Cucumber.
  • Experience with accessibility testing and standards such as WCAG.
  • Knowledge of cross-platform, cross-browser testing, CI/CD, Git, GitFlow, and agile delivery methods.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and software quality focus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Preferred: Experience with Storyblok or Sanity, agentic SDLC, MCP servers, AI evaluation, AI product testing, security, analytics, performance testing, semantic HTML, or SEO testing.
