Description

  • Analyze user stories and requirements to create test cases and scenarios.
  • Create structured test plans and testing approaches.
  • Prioritize test cases and plan test execution based on business needs and risks.
  • Perform manual and exploratory testing to assess product functionality and robustness.
  • Investigate technical issues and write clear, detailed, repeatable defect reports.
  • Reproduce bugs reported by the support team.
  • Verify fixes and close resolved bug tickets.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and organization throughout testing activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quality assurance experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle processes and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using modern testing methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous approach to testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with bug-tracking software preferred.
  • Knowledge of test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, TestRail, or similar products.
