Description

  • Understand user stories and requirements to create test cases and test scenarios.
  • Create structured test plans and test approaches.
  • Write clear, detailed, and repeatable defect reports.
  • Reproduce bugs reported by the support team.
  • Verify bugs and close bug tickets.
  • Prioritize test cases and plan test execution effectively.
  • Perform exploratory testing to evaluate product robustness and functionality.
  • Work with QA engineers to increase automation coverage based on business priorities and risk.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization across testing activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of QA experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferably using modern testing methodologies.
  • Meticulous approach to testing and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or other testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of bug tracking software preferred.
  • Knowledge of test management tools such as Azure Test Plans, TestRail, or similar.
  • Programming experience preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in the legal technology industry preferred.
