Description

Capture and deliver accurate, verbatim transcripts of depositions and other legal proceedings.
Use CAT software to scope, proofread, and finalize certified transcripts.
Manage proceedings with punctuality, accuracy, decorum, and compliance with jurisdictional procedural rules.
Mark and manage exhibits during proceedings.
Collaborate with the operations team on scheduling, setup, and technical coordination.
Submit completed transcript files within the required turnaround time.
Submit invoices for prompt payment.

Requirements

Current Missouri Certified Court Reporter certificate (CCR) from the MO Board of Certified Court Reporters is required.
Proven ability to deliver accurate transcripts on deadline.
Experience with CAT software such as Case CATalyst, Eclipse, or similar tools.
Familiarity with related digital tools used in court reporting.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-service mindset.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-stakes settings.
Experience working with attorneys, witnesses, and clients in legal proceedings.
