Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transcribers via email and Slack, managing questions, issues, and routine communications.
  • Own onboarding for new transcription independent contractors, including coordinating paperwork, training access, and first-week check-ins.
  • Conduct QA reviews on transcription deliverables, flagging issues and routing feedback to the appropriate owners.
  • Maintain communication logs and ensure follow-through on open items.
  • Support the Transcription Marketplace Strategy Team with operational tasks to free up bandwidth for strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to process documentation as workflows are refined.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-growing startup or consulting firm.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to write clearly and professionally with little editing needed.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent, with the ability to catch issues others may miss.
  • An organized self-starter who can manage a queue of tasks without constant direction.
  • Experience in coordinator, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with transcription, legal services, or independent contractor management is a plus.
