Description

  • Own strategic enterprise accounts from discovery through post-signature account management.
  • Develop relationships with the largest and most strategic customer accounts.
  • Land new logos and grow them into managed accounts.
  • Discover, coordinate, and attend in-person customer events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Organize and facilitate in-person lead generation events with large customer stakeholders across the United States.
  • Attend and facilitate discussions about Fieldwire during Customer Experience Events.
  • Partner with Strategic Business Developers to gather leads and own the Fieldwire sales cycle with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own C-suite relationships with prospective and existing customers interested in Fieldwire.
  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering new business through referrals, cold calling, and stakeholder outreach.
  • Work with the Construction Success Team to solve complex customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in business development or enterprise account sales.
  • Ability to establish credibility and sell at the C-suite level with large and complex customers.
  • Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Natural relationship builder.
  • Comfort with cold outreach, including picking up the phone and speaking with new people.
  • Ability to present in person to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Metrics-driven mindset.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to explain technical product aspects to both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, methodical, and process-oriented.
  • Cold-calling experience, preferred.
  • B2B transactional experience, preferred.
  • SaaS environment experience, preferred.
  • Construction background or experience, preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, preferred.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range of $105,300 to $122,850.
  • Eligible for a variable compensation bonus of up to $66,150.
  • Remote role within the United States.
