Description

  • Own and maintain Member Experience Analytics dashboards covering satisfaction, engagement, journey, service, and retention metrics.
  • Build and maintain forecasting and capacity models for member service and claims teams.
  • Handle ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners.
  • Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches and deliverables.
  • Improve recurring reporting processes, data quality, and delivery speed.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Copilot to accelerate and automate work.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and other non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports with Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI tool.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of basic statistics and ability to communicate data-driven narratives clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance, claims, or operations data experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with forecasting, workforce, or staffing models preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and controlled experiments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, data science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • $70,000–$75,000 full-time salary plus eligibility for company bonus plans.
  • Remote work across the U.S.; hybrid schedule of 1–2 days per week preferred for New York City-area employees.
