Description

  • Design, build, and ship AI-powered systems that run reliably in production.
  • Develop and optimize LLM- and diffusion-based features from prototype through scalable deployment.
  • Engineer structured prompt systems and evaluation workflows to improve output quality.
  • Collaborate with backend and product teams on feature development and delivery.
  • Own features end to end, including experimentation, iteration, debugging, scaling, and long-term maintenance.
  • Work on cloud-native AI inference workflows and production optimization.
  • Help improve cost efficiency and performance across AI and backend systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered systems in production.
  • Excellent Python skills, including OOP, performance-oriented design, profiling, optimization, and production-grade coding.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM and agent frameworks or SDKs such as OpenAI, Google GenAI, Agents SDK, Google ADK, or LangChain.
  • Hands-on experience with the Hugging Face ecosystem, including Transformers, Diffusers, Accelerator, and PEFT.
  • Familiarity with diffusion and autoregressive architectures in real-world production environments.
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering and systematic prompt performance improvement.
  • Experience building node-based or workflow-driven AI pipelines such as ComfyUI, n8n, or fal.
  • Familiarity with fundamental ML algorithms and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with serverless architectures for AI inference workloads, including service design, autoscaling, cold starts, and cost-performance trade-offs.
  • Familiarity with Firebase and GCP tools such as Firestore and Cloud Functions.
  • Strong backend fundamentals, including API design, system architecture, database design, scalability, reliability, and edge-case handling.
  • Kubernetes experience is a strong plus.
  • FinOps awareness, including cost drivers, usage optimization, and cloud or LLM cost control strategies.
  • Strong command of English at B2 level or higher, written and verbal.
  • Proactive, self-directed, fast-moving, and comfortable working at a startup pace.
