Description

  • Design, build, and operate dashboards, signals, and automated insights used directly by product leaders.
  • Own data quality, traceability, and documented metric logic for the intelligence layer.
  • Make roadmap progress, goal execution, and risk monitoring self-serviceable.
  • Partner with Engineering on upstream instrumentation and data definitions.
  • Translate operational data into decision-ready narratives for senior leadership forums.
  • Challenge leaders with evidence when data contradicts intuition and support investment or capacity trade-offs.
  • Partner with Delivery Operations and Organizational Effectiveness to embed intelligence into the operating rhythm.
  • Roll out AI and agentic workflows that trigger alerts, action requests, and contextual information delivery.
  • Automate governance and reporting workflows with measurable ROI.
  • Set standards and best practices for AI-assisted analytical work across the team.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in data/analytics, decision intelligence, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
  • Direct engagement with senior stakeholders, ideally in fast-paced B2B Engineering/Product environments.
  • Strong hands-on SQL and Python (Pandas) skills.
  • Experience with data modelling, pipelines/ETL, and building self-service data products.
  • Demonstrated ability to design automated insight and monitoring systems with strong data-quality and governance rigor.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including influencing without authority.
  • Solid business financial acumen, including ROI, cost, and margin concepts.
  • Ability to operate autonomously on ambiguous, end-to-end problems.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Confluence/Jira, and Looker.
  • Use of GenAI and agentic workflows as a default way of working.
  • High learning agility and a growth mindset.
  • Prior experience in pricing and monetization projects (preferred).
