Description

  • Annotate insurance-related documents and artifacts with precision and consistency.
  • Create and refine annotation schemas in collaboration with the AI team.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for annotation.
  • Organize and distribute tasks efficiently to maintain high throughput and quality.
  • Evaluate annotated data to ensure consistently high accuracy.
  • Provide feedback on ambiguous or unclear cases to improve schemas and guidelines.
  • Use and maintain annotation tools to support efficient labeling.
  • Train and onboard new annotators to ensure consistent annotation practices.
  • Identify gaps in annotation schemas or SOPs to improve coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience annotating or analyzing insurance documents is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using basic technical tools such as Excel, Word, and Slides.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking and execution skills.
  • Ability to work part-time, 20-30 hours per week.
  • Hourly compensation targeted at $20-25 per hour, with final offer depending on location, experience, and expertise.
