Description

  • Manage inbound customer calls and provide prompt, accurate assistance.
  • Use scripts to guide customers through troubleshooting and inquiry resolution.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication that builds positive customer relationships.
  • Maintain response times within 10 seconds while handling customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and keep records up to date in relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Support a seamless customer experience and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • College education preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Professional and neutral accent.
  • Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and calm problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality work.
  • Must have a quiet, noise-free workspace suitable for taking calls.
  • Availability to work a rotating schedule, including 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Eastern shifts.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends.
  • Ability to start work ASAP, within more than 1 week.
  • Ability to remain positive and professional in challenging customer situations.
