Description

  • Lead live workshops, hands-on labs, and teaching sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Own delivery of enterprise rollout programs and activation packages, including schedules, cohorts, roadmaps, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build trusted client relationships and surface blockers to adoption in real time.
  • Maintain practical fluency with Claude and the broader Anthropic ecosystem to demo, answer questions, and translate capabilities into outcomes.
  • Tailor and refine enablement materials for specific clients, audiences, and use cases.
  • Capture session feedback, adoption insights, and content gaps to improve future programs.
  • Partner with solutions, delivery, and partnerships teams to align enablement with broader engagement goals.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in enablement, technical training, learning & development, customer education, sales engineering, or a comparable client-facing teaching role.
  • Experience in a technology, SaaS, or AI/ML context is ideal.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with mixed audiences, including technical practitioners, business users, and executives.
  • Strong hands-on fluency with LLMs and AI tools; Claude or the Anthropic ecosystem experience is a significant plus.
  • Demonstrated experience running structured programs or rollouts across schedules, cohorts, stakeholders, and adoption outcomes.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear value for non-technical audiences while maintaining credibility with technical ones.
  • High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and adaptability in live sessions.
  • Willingness to travel and deliver on-site with enterprise clients across the US as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; instructional design, adult-learning, or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
  • Professional-level fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
